Unity in Diversity: Creative Expression & Anti-Racism Workshop 2

The Unity in Diversity Creative Expression & Anti-Racism Workshop, held on Friday, 31 October 2025 at AUSMCC in Broadmeadows, brought community members together to explore cultural identity, human rights, and experiences of racism through discussion, storytelling, and art. Participants reflected on what makes them unique, learned about equality and discrimination, shared personal stories in a safe and supportive space, and expressed their experiences through painting, drawing, and collage. All materials and refreshments were provided, and the artworks created will be showcased in a community exhibition. The session encouraged connection, resilience, inclusion, and greater awareness of racism within the community.
