Support Groups

Our support groups provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for individuals to connect, share, and access resources that foster well-being and community empowerment. Each group is designed to address specific needs and provide a space where participants can gain valuable insights, find support, and develop practical strategies for their personal journeys.

Multicultural Women's Group

The Connecting Carers: Hume Carers Group is a welcoming weekly space for unpaid carers from multicultural backgrounds to connect, share experiences, and access support. Running from March to November 2025 in Roxburgh Park, the group promotes social connection, emotional well-being, and self-care.

Delivered in partnership with the Australian Multicultural Community Centre, BSL, and Hume City Council, the program responds to the needs of over 24,000 unpaid carers in Hume, providing a culturally safe environment to build community and strengthen support networks.
