Supporting CALD Communities
Our clinic is dedicated to providing culturally responsive mental health support tailored specifically for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. We understand that everyone's experience is unique, and we strive to address the diverse needs of our clients with empathy and respect.
Free 30-Minute Consultation
We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation with experienced counsellors, available via phone, virtually via an online service or in-person appointments. Our goal is to ensure that your wellbeing needs are met with sensitivity and understanding.
Confidentiality
The appointment is an opportunity for you to talk about your concerns with a counsellor in a safe and confidential setting. The counsellor will ask questions about the presenting issues and provide appropriate support. The details of the discussion may be shared with other agencies if you agree and if consent is provided. If you are at risk or risk to others, information may be disclosed to others without your expressed consent.
