Get Active - Disability Support Project

Get Active - Disability Support Project

The Get Active Disability Support project, funded by Hume City Council, aims to create a safe and inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hume City Council for their support in bringing this initiative to life.

The program features a certified Pilates instructor, who guides participants through gentle Pilates exercises, emphasizing the importance of physical health and mental wellbeing.

In addition, the project hosts guest speakers from various mainstream services to enhance community connections.

This project not only promotes physical activity but also fosters a supportive community network for individuals with disabilities, making it a vital resource for participants and caregivers alike.
