AMCC collects personal information directly from individuals through various interactions, including when you:
apply for membership or represent a member organisation
participate in AMCC programs, services, or events

AMCC may disclose personal information only where necessary and appropriate, including when:

Examples of partner organisations may include community service providers, educational partners, legal services, and health or wellbeing support organisations engaged in delivering AMCC programs.

Overseas disclosure:
AMCC does not ordinarily disclose personal information overseas. If overseas disclosure becomes necessary, AMCC will take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Principle 8.
