Multicultural Story Time

Welcome to the Multicultural Storytime Project!
We are excited to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Victorian Government for their generous support of this initiative. The Multicultural Storytime Project aims to enrich the lives of Victorian children from diverse backgrounds by helping them strengthen their connections with their families, cultures, languages, and identities through the power of storytelling.
Our program not only promotes literacy and cultural engagement but also provides families with valuable, culturally relevant health information, guiding them to local health services and resources within their communities.
We are proud to collaborate with Hume City Council and the Homestead Child and Family Centre to offer engaging Arabic Storytime sessions. Furthermore, our successful partnership with the Maidstone Community Centre has allowed us to host lively Spanish Storytime sessions.
Additionally, we are excited to announce job openings for a Turkish facilitator, as we are keen to launch Turkish Storytime sessions soon!
We look forward to expanding these successful collaborations in 2025 and beyond! Join us in celebrating the diversity of our community and the joy that storytelling brings.
