Turkish Storytelling Job
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Turksih Storyteller/Group Facilitator to lead engaging weekly sessions for children aged 3-5 years. If you have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of Spanish culture, and experience working with young children, we’d love to hear from you!
Title: Turkish Storyteller/Group Facilitator
Location: Hume
Program: Multicultural Story Time
Key Responsibilities:

Lead 45-minute interactive Turkish storytelling sessions using traditional stories, songs, and games.

Prepare lesson plans and educational materials.

Facilitate play-based learning, encouraging participation and interaction.

Build positive relationships with children, fostering an inclusive and fun environment.

Keep track of attendance and gather feedback on sessions.
Requirements:

Fluent in Turkish (speaking, reading, writing) with strong knowledge of Turkish culture.

3-5 years of experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

Experience in storytelling, teaching, or group facilitation.

Strong communication, flexibility, and time management skills.

Valid Working with Children Card, police clearance, and 100 points ID.
Work Schedule:

4-hour sessions (2 hours storytelling + 2 hours admin) weekly from July to August.

2-hour sessions weekly for the remainder of the project.
Compensation: Award rate.
