Event Summary
A group session was conducted for carers aged 50 and above, focusing on building and improving digital skills. The purpose of the session was to support participants in becoming more confident and independent in using digital devices and online services, which are increasingly essential in daily life.
The session covered basic digital literacy topics, including the use of smartphones, navigating applications, accessing online services, and understanding internet safety. Participants were introduced to practical tools that can assist with communication, accessing community services, and staying connected with family and support networks.
The session was highly interactive, allowing participants to ask questions, share their experiences, and engage in hands-on learning activities.
